Why hire me?

I have a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. I have 10 years experience in HR (and at one time had the PHR certification.) I also have 4 years experience in non-profit management as the Director of Finance and Business Administration, but my job duties were pretty broad across all areas of operations. 

I've also previously had my own business as a professional organizer, and I've worked in marketing for a golf course.
